I can name, off the top of my head, at least three major terrorist operations in the last ten years, all of which resulted in fatalities. There's the Madrid bombings of 2004, the London bombings of 2005, and the Morocco bombings of just last year. Again, these are off the top of my head , without ...

I still say there’s too many questions and not enough answers, but I DO (and did then, BTW) believe he is very very DEAD.
But there isn’t even a “feel good” to this.

I agree.
Whether he died in 2002 or 2011 is irrelevent.
The "feel good" moment is now dead (if it ever existed in the first place ...

Re: Widely reported: Osama bin Laden dead

The whole thing stinks; Too many questions, and no answers.
It's a flat out fraud.

That sentiment is understandable.
For nearly a decade various media outlets, and middle-Eastern government officials have been saying Osama Bin Laden was dying, or was dead because of Kidney Failure.

Here's the ...

Look what the cat dragged in :)

Just stopping by to say HELLO!!

Glad to see you all are still here.

I'm still alive and kicking. :p

Congrats to Lanji for 10 years of the MRC, very nice.

Wish I could play :(
But RL has become a hectic mess these past few years (plays air-violin for self).

Anyhoo, hope you have another decade ...

I think you may have missed the main point here Gideon.

Actually I didn't miss the point.
I simply wanted to clarify that what we are doing is technically illegal. :(
That's all.

I'd also advise not forming opinions about people you don't know.

Normally I would agree with you on ...

I believe we should dump the Paladium system (at least the wording like MDC, SDC, etc.) and develop an in-house system.

US Copyright law does not protect game systems of any kind.

http://www.copyright.gov/fls/fl108.html

This means another game exactly like Palladium's could be made if the terms ...

Is posting Macross RPG data online illegal?

Not sure what ol Seimbieda is thinking with this thread at Palladium's website.

However, my understanding of USC title 17 (United States Code title 17, copyright law) is that fair use includes the use of material for non-profit ...

Gerhard,

If you are interested in joining the US civilian Marksmanship Program (which was created in 1903 by Theadore Roosevelt to arm and train the un-organized militia, i.e. every able bodied man between the ages of 17-45, USC title 10, section 311) here is a link to their website.

For interested US residents

Fabrique Nationale of Herstal Belgium has announced that the PS2000 (which looks alot like the standard rifle from the first XBOX Halo game) will be available for civilian sales in the US.

A retail price has not been announced yet.

Currently the PS90 ...

For anyone interested.

Windows "Vista", formerly "longhorn", is being rolled back to 2007.

Pitty, the new OS looks pretty nifty. I'm sure there'll be plenty of excess features that few people want, but the 3D windows, and "transparent" windows will help word-crunchers like me to navigate open windows more quickly and ...

Xenosaga

Has anyone else here played this game, or its sequel?

I'm currently addicted to it (not sure why). I understand there are supposed to be 5 in this series and that it is loosely related to Xenogears.

Does anyone know if these rumors are true?

The various responses by ...

Ahhh, the inner workings of Robotech. :o

Dave, as far as I know the Jack McKinney books are no longer Robotech Cannon.

They canned them.

The new prelude comics are a synopsis of what happened to the SDF-3 and crew in place of the "Sentinels". The Sentinels series was wrapped up with the last ...
