Character Maker
I found this site earlier:
https://artbreeder.com/browse
It's a fun art program, good for making characters. You select an image (realistic, art, or anime) style. It takes you to an edit page. You can use sliders to alter the color schemes, angle, expression, age. Realistic ones let you set degrees of ethnicity, whereas the anime style give you things hair spikes and degrees of moe. The Chaos option on the end is an overall effect multiplier. You can also take two different images and it will let you fuse their traits to make their children.
There is also a full body option where the sliders change from fantasy to contemporary to sci-fi. That one is sort of wonky.
It can be amusing. Depending on how patient you are, you can make some good stuff with the site. As an example, I took the default white girl and turned her in to the chica on the right.
