Message Board Upgrade (delayed)

Heads up folks,
We'll be doing a message board upgrade sometime later today. Based on earlier upgrades, the boards should only be down for 30 minutes to an hour.
No exact time on this upgrade yet though, as I'm still going through the code for the update.
FYI, a number of other things will be 'tweeked' and fixed as well in the progress of the upgrade.

Update: Due to a family matter that has come up, I'm delaying the upgrade. I may be out of town for a few days, sorry for the delay.
