Alternate Robotech intro

This is apperently the french version.
I don't know if I should laugh or cry.

I've always had a soft spot for the Robotech Intro, but this sounds so messed up.

WTF, mate! I might not be a big fan of the french language, but that music was way too much screwed up allright.
I feel sorry for the people of french who have to listen to this intro in their shows :/

They should have edited the credit which read "Robotech Theme Composed By Ulpio Minucci" to include a disclaimer like, "But that's not this crappy song you're hearing right now."

The background singers going "Ro-Bo-Tech!" are just priceless. Or is it worthless? Eh, same coin, two sides.

Seriously though, that music was just terrible. I honestly couldn't sit through the whole video because of it.

Yeah f**ked up as a football bat is an appropriate way to say it (The Robotech french theme) yet it is like a horrible automobile accident, you don't want to see it but you cannot help but watch

or at least that is what i thought until I translated the lyrics. Call me nuts but they are kind of cool (in a goofy way) and actually kinda fit the show (no i DO NOT know French I used a translator program and as you can tell it is not 100 percent) And at the time it was not any dumber than some of the American Cartoon Openings i have seen when growing up

of course this would also mean that the American ROBOTECH opening we all know and love was ahead of it's time
