I'll be out of town, camping on Vancouver Island for a few days starting tomorrow. Should be back Thursday evening or Friday.

I think it's time I came out and just stated for the record that I am dealing (or not) with some significant mental health issues. I imagine the current social and economic conditions combined by isolation have not helped. I don't take care of my physical or mental health and it's hard to process things the way I should. I lash out and as THIS board is now my entire social structure and as such, you see it all.

I thought you all should know.

We all have issues. If we were sane, we wouldn't have a bunch of imaginary people talking in our heads.

While I have no solution for that, I can offer you this advice: don't take a hundred sleeping pills. It won't kill you. It won't put you you sleep. It will make every one of the joints in your body have a weird electrified / constrictive pressure pain for several hours. Very unpleasant; Do Not Recommend.

As Inferno said, we all have our issues. Spending nearly two years in a pandemic didn't help.

I know I feel down about my life sometimes. But the MRC can really help, so don't be afraid to stick it out and play with us.

We all understand the bad days.

Jane and I are going on a mini-adventure to deepest, darkest Oregon. Should be back on Thursday or Friday. Leaving tomorrow..

Today, Jane and I are celebrating our 30th anniversary.

She should be canonized as a Saint for putting up with me for a total of 36 years!
