I've been trying to register at MW but the system won't send me a confirmation email, and there are no publiclly accessable email address for the administrators.

Can someone put me in touch with an administrator there?

They've probably been having some trouble with spam bots crawling their way into the database as well, so they should've killed the feature.

I'd suggest contacting the webmaster. *shrugs*
