That depends on the specifics.
For now let us say, you have my attention.

Sure the game title would be The Drow Elven Wars and the concept would be a growing conflict between noble houses in the underdark. One house has committed an act of heresy, but it may or may not be heresy as it mght be sanctioned by Lloth. Lloth is capricious and doesn't mind creating something only to destroy it and enjoy the mayhem.
The specifics would be the creation of a powerful Drow male class of warrior priests (like anti-paladin).
Player races would be mostly Drow with a limited number of surface dweller adventures as well. I've ran this was a Co-Gm many, many moons ago on Compuserve which is where I started online gaming. I tried again recently on another board but it petered out due to lack of players. (Only one other player was even familiar with Dungeons and Dragons)

Dude, I loved the Drizzt Do'Urden Books.
Count me in.
EDIT: Is this going to be freeform, or using a set system, ie: 3rd Ed, 4th Ed, etc? I just may need a refresher on the rule books if is is based on a set system.

3rd edition (D20) as a guideline but mostly freeform as it is easier and less stressful on the players as well as the GM.

Sounds awesome.
Yep, definite now... I want some Drow action.

OK, Thanks for you support Bear. I'll see who else and how many responses I get before laying out a list of what races I will allow. As I said before, most will be Drow, but a few surface Dwellers will be welcome.
The game will be adult themed.

An Underdark game? These games only come along once in a long while. I'm interested.

Hey, put my name on that list up there. I haven't really played in the underdark before. And the drow angle should be interesting as well.

Hell, if I have the time, I will draw everyone's characters, I am so into this idea.

Dunno much about the DnD system, only read 2 of the books and played the MMORPG. If you don't mind me being a total nubcake at first, then I would also be interested to play

hmm. count me in. I've read a little on Drizzt, one of my favorite forgotten realms characters. I'm better with first addition rules, but I'm familiar with 3 and 3.5 thanks to neverwinter nights. Might need a bit of refreshers here and there. ^^; Plus I've always wanted to run through a game in the menzoberranzen box, never got the chance.
I'll be keeping an eye on this.

Is the game going to be set in Menzoberranzan, or another Underdark city?

I was thinking of another underdark city, as not to crowd Mr. Salvatore's work. I was also going to ask YOU Bear and Cobalt to consider playing more than one character, I need some senior players to take a few senior roles and that would be you two. (the usual suspects)
