Damn to the depths of Hell the Dentists!

Well, I am on my way to either have a root canal or have a tooth pulled, one or the other. So, in effect, because a dentist screwed up a filling a few years ago, the tooth broke last night. So now I have to pay another dentist to torture me for 1½ to 2 hours.

How in the Hell is 2 hours of work worth more than a $1000? Someone explain that to me.

Anyways, I'm leaving for the procedure now. Hopefully will be doped on good drugs.

Ciao for now,

~Wayne

Hey hon, sorry to hear that. Funny you said root canal... I had one done a couple of weeks ago... I so hate dentists! But the guy was good, I didn't feel a thing. Mind you, it was a dentist who got me in this predicament as well, she fixed the small tooth cavity in the wrong way last August and 7 months later I was also in agony.

I hope you have a nice dentist like the guy who did my last root canal, as I said, I didn;t feel a thing... only my bank account was hurt in the process.

Best of luck!

It was a sucktastic morning, that is for sure. And, the preliminary diagnosis is that my car needs a coroner.

Worst 4th of July EVER

I broke another !@#$ing Molar!!! My dentist warned me that this tooth had been weakened by the filling, too, and that it would break. It broke. I have an appointment tomorrow to get it taken care of.

Holy Crap buddy!

But you are enduring a real rough time of late. Best of luck with your dental stuff. What have you decided in regards to your car?

Is a replacement car in the budget?

Good News: Vonni's old car has been miraculously cured. Seriously, I took it to get a full service and now it is running almost perfectly. Still need a tune up but it is running.

Bad News: My car is dead and I am selling it for scrap. There's an operation that promised full market value but I have to wait to get my title so I can sell it.

Good News: I am suffering no pain from the broken tooth.

Bad News: I am out of dental insurance so I am going to get it drilled a little bit to take care of the cavity and then a temporary filling until I can get the root canal / crown next year.

So, all in all, it was a pretty crappy week but there was a lot of good, thanks to my lovely wife. We saw Eclipse (it was the best of the three so far) and The Last Airbender (ignore the critics, this movie is awesome).

I will update tonight, let you all know how the trip to the dentist turns out.

Good news! They saved my tooth. I have a rebuilt molar, no crown. They built it back up with a filling material. It is permanent but I may need a crown in the future. But I don't need one now and I didn't need a root canal so everything is good.

Now, if only I could magically fix the car thing...

They rebuilt it?!

Did they rebuilt it faster, stronger than before? Is it fair to say you have a bionic tooth now? :P

LOL

I wish. I actually have to be fairly aware of what I eat now. I have a crown on one side and a rebuilt tooth on the other. No more crunching hard candy for me.

Glad to hear tooth been saved and that good things are outweighing the bad ones, hun!

Eclipse was awesome... me agrees with you. Soundtrack for Eclipse is also the best one out of the three so far!

You know, I am solidly on Team Alice. I don't know what the boys see in Bella. ;) The flashbacks for Rosalie and Jasper were nice, though I wish we had gotten to see more of Jasper. Maybe there will be some deleted scenes on the DVD.

You know, I totally agree with you on the whole Team Alice thing... in fact, Bella can be too emo for my own taste (well... Edward doesnt stay behind, but you get my drift).

As for Jasper... 1)Finally he got rid of the uber gay hairdo they gave him in the second movie, and yes, seeing more of his background would've been very nice as he is one of my favourite characters in the saga.

As you, I am also hoping for deleted scenes in the dvd when it comes out :)

On a note, I did not like BDH as Victoria at all. AT ALL. I much preferred the original.
