MRC Modified Attribute Rolls: In most cases take 3d6 roll and add. If the total is below 5 automatically bump it up to up to 6. Furthermore, if a roll of 16, 17 or 18 is rolled do not roll an additional bonus dice. The additional bonuse dice rule will be reserved for characters that are intended to have a leadership role or with their GM's permission.
