Joining Shoertcuts
Character Sheets
A standardized system of character creation following the Palladium roelplaying system are used here; however we have split teh character sheet into two categories:
Basic
the basic character sheet for new members, all of these characters will go through beginhill training before joining a regular game
Advanced
the advanced character sheet for experience members; note that some games do not require a member to pass through beginhill; characters for those games should be made with this sheet or as detailed within that games forum/pages

Skill List
Master Skill List
This skills lists is limited to the skills that have been agreed on as relative to the MRC games; Advanced character may have the option of taking skills that do not appear on this list, however that is a descision left in the hands of the GM who will be taking the character (Note this list is not retroactive, if you are playing a character already that has a skill not on this list you are not required to change it)
Basic Skills
These skills represent the skills that all people of a certain group will know and deffinatly any PC would know.
Optional Basic Skills
Wait a minute my character went to university and was a whiz a Klutnics and Lumparumpus, why doesn`t he have a skill for it? Maybe he does, take a look under this heading to explore skills that may be appropriate, this is an 'advanced option and not open to new members first PCs.
