The following was created by a member of the Death Angels game. It is being posted here so that all members of the game(s) can add their own witticisms as they see fit.

Paladin’s “Death Angels Survival Guide”

AKA “Death Angels for dummies”

1) When in doubt, dodge. Even if you don't seem to be in the line of fire, or no one seems to be firing at you. Dodge just to make a little crater in the ground or just to taste how good the dirt is here.

2) When in doubt: fire first, talk later. You have many bullets, but only 1 life. Well, at least the majority of characters do...

2.5) Related to 2, overkill works. No point in helping the UN save money. No one's going to thank you for bringing back a full load every time. Shove them all down the enemy's throat first chance you have...

3) Carefully read the posts of the GM and the other players. People don’t bother to type something unless if it is truly necessary for the game. Therefore, if it is written and posted, it has got to be very important. (Thanks Mr. F!)

3.5) Carefully compose your next post. Use a spell checker if possible. Confusing grammar and misused words will lend to a misunderstanding of your intentions, which will lead to some type of potentially deadly mistake.

4) Your character will get into serious trouble if you don’t post and are skipped. Make note of when the scheduled GM updates are, and make sure you post by the deadline! And I do mean DEAD line.

5) You got missiles coming up your butt? Try one of these: i) missiles are best for they don’t have to hit to hit. ii) Gun pods (‘burst’ fire weapons) are next best; akin to many shots for one action. iii) Lasers are not so good, as one must carefully aim to make the one do-or-die shot. iv) Sacrifice the extremities of the body in a last ditch effort. Having the PPB over the shield of shield equipped VFs actually makes this a viable option.
