No posting today. In the middle of drama with the bank that owns the house I am trying to buy. Just sort of sapped my creativity. I'll try to get some stuff up later but tomorrow will probably be the soonest.

Sorry everyone. I only got 1½ hours of sleep last night. Too brain fried and am just occupying space in my office. I will try to get back on track tomorrow.

Okay, so it's taken me all day to find the energy to make this post. I've been awake since 345am, work called with an emergency, and it took me until 5am to get them settled. At 509am, someone broke into my bonus room. Set the house alarm off while I was walking past it.

So, I turned off the alarm, my wife and I looked through the window, and saw this fucker turn on the light out there. So, we called LAPD, they showed up 3 min later, and caught his punk-ass still inside going through our boxes. They made him climb back out the window, took him to the ground, and arrested him.

I've spent the better part of the day replacing the deadbolt on the bonus room security door because he destroyed the mechanism. Since it was destroyed and the bolt was still in the locked position, I had to climb through the window he forced open to get to the screws. The mechanism was obliterated so I had to rip it apart to get it out.

I'm tired, sunburnt, and wishing I had been able to convince the cops to let me deliver a genuine LAPD issue ass-beating to the fucker.

That sucks. I mean, the part about someone breaking in. Glad everyone is opk though. (aside from the sunburn...)

Way to go LAPD though...

Always nice to know the boys in blue are out there. Although you didn't get to deliver a true beating, hopefully he'll make a few new friends in jail.
